Protection of Personal Information Act
Please find attached hereto a notice on the commencement of certain sections of the Protection of Personal Information Act. The act is also attached for your convenience.
The following are important
- 1 July 2020 as the date on which— (i) sections 2 to 38; (ii) sections 55 to 109; (iii) section 111; and (iv) section 114(1), (2) and (3); and
- 30 June 2021 as the date on which sections 110 and 114(4), of the said Act shall commence
