New board members get stuck in 

Ahead of our end-of-year MANCO meeting, we were asked to meet with the emerging board members. As a result our emerging board members were invited to attend a full-day, intensive workshop at Kwanalu HQ. The objective was to equip our new board members with all the tools, information, Kwanalu policies and skills they need to proactively pursue the best interests of the Kwanalu members they represent, not only at board level, but in their daily dealings as Kwanalu representatives.
Judging from the levels of engagement, positive feedback and the smiles on everyone’s faces, we’d say this workshop was a resounding success.
