KZN Public Hearings on the proposed amendment of section 25 of the Constitution
Whilst the written commentary period on the proposed Constitutional Amendment which aims to: “provide that where land and any improvements thereon are expropriated for the purposes of land reform, nil compensation may be payable” has closed, public hearings have been scheduled as follows:
