Draft Land Donations Policy

Kwanalu’s members have been very proactive regarding their views on a Donations Land Policy this was initiated at the Congress 2018.  This has assisted Kwanalu in having a well-researched position.  The Department has released a Draft Donations Land Policy which requires inputs.  The draft policy can be found on the Kwanalu website under Hot Issues, Legislation.

Please submit your comments and inputs to info@kwanalu.co.za by no later than 6 March 2020 in order to include them into the comprehensive commentary which will be drawn up for submission.
