Union to continue legal battle against fracking in KZN

The KwaZulu-Natal Agricultural Union says it is up to all of us to protect the province’s natural resources and communities from the risks of fracking.
This comes after the North Gauteng High Court granted an interim order interdicting the Minister of Mineral Resources from issuing mining exploration rights to Rhino Oil and Gas Exploration.
The company is eyeing the Midlands region.
