Environmental Management Plan: Government Gazette Notification

The Department of Mineral Resources has published the Environmental Management Plan for the Department of Mineral Resources in terms of section 15(5) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) for the implementation by the Department. The aim of the Environmental Management Plan is to assess how the Department’s policies, programmes, plans and decisions are taking into account environmental management.
