Notice given In terms of Government Gazette 1299 dated 9 October 2019 Notice in terms of section 136(1) of the Firearms Control Act, 2000 (Act No 60 of 2000)

Any person who voluntary surrendered a firearm or ammunition or firearm or ammunition was forfeited to the State, now has a valid claim to the firearms or ammunition must within 21 days after the date of the publication (9 October) make representations as to why the firearms or ammunition should no be destroyed.
