National Water Amendment Bill

The NWAB (B1-2026)is open for submissions.  Kwanalu has engaged extensively with this bill since the initial proposed amendments in 2023.  Kwanalu’s formal position and inputs will be submitted to the Portfolio Committee on DWS ensuring members interests are raised.  For the bill click here: B1-2026_National_Water_AB
