Lesotho Special Permits and Zimbabwe Exemption Permits
On 4 December 2023, the Department of Home Affairs released a press statement announcing the extension of the Zimbabwe Exemption Permit and the Lesotho Special Permit.
The extension of the permits is as follows:
All Lesotho Special Permits and Zimbabwe Exemption Permits are extended for 2 years. The permits are due to expire on the 29 November 2023.
All permit holders have until the 29th of November 2024 to apply and receive their new special permits to continue enjoying the extension until the 29 November 2025.
