Comment: Proposed Amendments to NEMA EIA Regulations
Attached please find proposed amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 and Listing Notices 1, 2 and 3 in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 107 of 1998.
The closing date for comments to the proposed amendments is 14 December 2020.
Vind asseblief hierby voorgestelde wysigings tot die Omgewingsimpakstudie-regulasies, 2014 asook inlystingskennisgewings 1, 2 en 3 in terme van die Nasionale Omgewingsbestuurswet, 107 van 1998.
Die sluitingsdatum vir kommentaar op die voorstelde wysigings is 14 Desember 2020.
